Meet the founder
The person behind the systems.
I'm Steven, the founder of WorkBone — and a product manager at heart, which is really just another way of saying I've always been obsessed with how things are structured and why they work (or don't).
I've been building in Notion for six-plus years, and working with automation tools — Make.com, Zapier, and others — for about two years alongside it.
Over that time, I've consulted and done hands-on work for 200+ clients: startups figuring out their first real operating system, agencies drowning in manual admin, creators trying to run a business off a single messy workspace.
